Hailing from Goa, India, our photographer embarked on her modeling journey at the age of sixteen. She did numerous fashion shows for renowned designers such as Wendell Rodricks and Hemant Trivedi. She also participated in Ford Supermodel India 2004 and was one of 16 selected for Get Gorgeous Season 2, a reality TV series searching for Indias next top model.
Modeling to Photography:
Her extensive experience in modeling deeply influences her photography style. Having been in front of the camera, she understands the energy and confidence a model needs on set. She serves as the model’s greatest hype, providing constant encouragement, direction, guidance on posing and expert feedback, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered.
Professionalism:
Known for her warm and approachable personality, she creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere during shoots. Easy to work with and professional, she arrives early for projects, is proactive about creating shot lists, and takes the initiative to ensure every shot is perfect.
Studio in Kuwait, Equipment and Techniques:
Her state-of-the-art home studio in Bayan, Hawali, is equipped with constant light, strobes, and a Canon R5. She uses a macro lens for products photography to capture intricate details, ensuring each image is of the highest quality. Melanie uses Adobe Suite since 2002. Photoshop and Lightroom for images and Premiere Pro and Aftereffects for Video or VFX. She also generates AI content.
